Next Season Ranking system?

So I was watching phylol's video and I dont care enough to actually go read patch notes. But he said theres going to be a new ranking system for dynamic called copper, steel, titanium. Wtf.

The titanium/copper stuff was sent as a survey to some users in an email. We don't know what will happen next season but Riot said they weren't happy with how this season went and obviously most users aren't happy with DQ.
