Since 7.11 Teemo is massively overpowered and almost un-killable.

First of all, I dot't normally post here. Namely because I know im not great and need to get better. That being said, If any competent player plays Teemo they are stupidly overpowered since the 7.11 patch. Their mushrooms last forever, they literally regen health faster than you can kill it. I am no high ELO player for sure but every blind pick game I am in the statement is the same thing. "You cant kill that guy". Something Riot did made it so that Teemo is usually scoring 5 to 9 KD ratio, yes that means 5 to 9 times the kills as deaths. I have seen Lee Sin and Warwick go one on one at the same level and lose. I have seen nuke heavy casters hit him and he is generating health visibly as if he had a support healer running monsoon constantly. The last 4 games i played Teemo was 8 to 1 KD ratio and this is despite the fact that we won 2 of those games. In the games I was playing Teemo was chasing me down even though I was using flash and playful trickster. He didnt use flash and still closed. You just cant go 1v1 with him. As a matter of fact it took all 4 of my team mates at level 18 to kill him at level 18 and we were all nearly dead. Again, yes I am not a pro or anything. However, this does make the game unfun. We can win the game down 50 kills literally.
