Bard The Roaming support

Bard's kit is very bad. He's basically like a combo of all supports best skill on one champ. But worse

Q= Lulu+Taric W=Karma+Nami E=Troll R=Leona+Stasis

I think his Q needs a better range and needs to move faster. After playing in a Rank game my team said i Did good, but said Bard in general is bad
