please help me get better!!!!

Hello I'm a player on the NA server. I'm having greet difficulty climbing out of bronze, in the link i have videos of my game play and i was hoping you fine people could review them and give me some tips and pointers on how to get better and play better overall. All tips accepted, and thank you for taking your time to help me. Also i'm a stuck between bronze 5 ( 67 LP ) and bronze 4 ( 43 LP). Once again thanks for all the help.
