I heard from a rioter that they reverted ward hop change because many constructive and strong argument used by the community back then. May I know what's the argument is? I am curious, since it's rare to see riot take a direct action regarding community's opinion

There were also similar constructive & strong arguments made by the community when Riot decided to change the map, made a Sion rework, and other similar stuffs which the community despises, but til then, everyone shuts up about it.

About the reverted ward hop removal, I figure Riot has some favourite over Lee Sin there...

Outside the massive comunity bias and blind sheeplike hate lee sin is probably one of the healthiest and funniest champions in the game.

his versatility and the maleability of his build makes him a variable champion that evolves over the course of the game, from an early game assasin-duelist to a mid game fighter and a lategame peeler. His high mobility provides a Outplay happy style with many creative outcomes depending on the player, this both looks good on the LCS and its fun to execute

the recent hate from the comunity comes from the Nerfing of his go-to counters, namely elise and the popularization of mage damage oriented supports that can't Land stunning or snaring skillshots on lee sin.

i'd nerf numbers not the playstyle

The real reason is that riot loves lc$ insecing and mobility spam.

The reason they gave was that it "felt bad" when they removed ward jumping. Yeah I guess if you're used to having an extra flash during every gank attempt you make, having to rely on your skillshot gapcloser and planning your movement according to ally location instead of dashing in the exact direction you want might "feel bad".
