Can Sterak's lose its "melee only" tag now or would Graves break it again?

Any abuse cases it had on ADCs are basically gone now that it no longer boosts Ezreal's Triforce damage and requires bonus HP to scale the shield.

I'm sure Urgot would appreciate being able to build it, but would Graves then break it?

i get that it sucks for urgot, but hes a diffcult case.

you cant make his w count as a melee ability, because hed abuse titanic hydra to ridiculous levels. you cant make steraks available for ranged champions, because there a couple of them who would break it.
