Just had my jungler dodge loading because he forgot smite.

3min surrender so we didn't have to wait 20mins to. This should be an option in all games every time whether or not someone is missing.

We can wait out a 4min queue time and champion select. It's way better than waiting 20mins for a near-assured loss.
