I really enjoy playing Leblanc. I often can get first blood depending on the skill of the opponent (not the champion.) However my downfall is i almost always have the lowest creep score and that puts be at a disadvantage. Any tips of farming with LeBlanc?

Go into a custom game and practice getting used to her auto dmg and speed. Also, don't be afraid to use q or w to sometimes get cs.
In a game Leblanc has to make 2 Decision, Farm champion or Farm creeps. You Farm Creeps only if the enemie player is GOOD and knows how to play against Leblanc. You farm champion only if you are able to get 1st blood and constantly killing your laner.
