Lock-in Requirement needs to go.

I can appreciate the intent by Riot, but after a few solid days of playing lots of Dynamic Queue, the Lock-in Requirement creates an awful, awful queue experience. I can honestly say that about 1/3 of Champ Selects end with accidental dodges; this is after waiting through the naturally longer draft-pick experience, the extended "pick intent" timer which doesn't appear to do much at all, and not including actual intentional dodges. Worse yet, forgetting to lock-in scores you the 5 minute lock-out as though you're an intentional dodger, which locks you out from ALL queues. The rate at which my premade groups of friends get 5-minute lock outs has increased exponentially, which is pretty much up from NEVER before Dynamic Queue. This is as of yesterday and the day before, so given enough time for people to get used to this. It is still an issue as most anyone could have expected.

Please get rid of this requirement. Teams will work together in champion select if they want to, trying to artificially force people to pay 'enough' attention to Champion Select is so pretentious and isn't working as much as you thought it might. The greater change that resulted is that casual teams that just want to get into a game are having a worse experience.
