Solo Queue Idea

Tonight I was playing some solo queue and I thought of a really good idea. Currently i'm in silver 4 (keep jokes to a minimum please ). The last 2 days I've had so many duos in my game with bronze 4-bronze 1 players. Now, I'm not saying these players are the reason for losses, however, sometimes they are. When a bronze 4 doesn't know how to properly ward, or forgets to ping mias. It's very difficult to get ahead or play safe for that matter. I can't even count the amount of times I've had 3 champions mid at 5 minutes without a single mia. It gets very frustrating when it happens 4-5 times a game and continuously happens over time. My idea is that we change the solo queue dynamic. Maybe instead of solo/duo queue, we could do just solo queue and a multi- queue. This way those that want to just play solo can do so with other solo players and those that want to play with friends, are also able to. I think this would solve a lot of problems with players just not being up to the same skill level as everyone else in the game.
