From WoW to LoL, and what to expect of Ghostcrawler's time with Riot?

For years Ghostcrawler was an employee of Activision-Blizzard Inc working on huge projects such as World of Warcraft. I've recently taken notice of Riot and League Legends taking him on in terms of game play and balance. Is anybody a fan of this transition?

I am a bit leery to be honest. After 3 years of hearing Blizzard claim that all the classes were "working as intended" and changes were "coming soon" I'm curious as to what the community thinks and whether or not it (collectively) has faith in these claims?

Please, for the sake of argument please detail in short a reasonable complaint with the current state of game and perhaps a reasonable fix to that solution.

And primarily, whether or not you think that Ghostcrawler's time here with Riot will do the "balance" issue any justice and if you have faith that the other 120 champions will remain fun in spite of getting deleted under your turret by the other 8.

He has been with Riot for a while now. Based on the lack of balance changes in this game I really can't tell a difference.
