The problem with afks in ARAM is that the punishment hardly fits the crime

Here, I'll afk a game, force the rest of the team to play at least a 15 minute game, and if I had dodged, it was a 15 minute wait anyways.

Let's waste a collective 60 minutes of time for my teammates and 75 for the enemy and I won't get punished at all.
