The Inspiration tree should give Armor+MR instead of more of the secondary tree's stats

And a lot of it, like 5 Armor + 6 MR (basically Resolve's old flat resistance runes).

This change may not accomplish too much on its own but League of Legends needs accessible resistances beyond Hexdrinker and Ninja Tabi, tanks need to be a real thing again and Resolve isn't nearly effective enough at preventing damage alone. Everyone that takes Inspiration runes takes them as a secondary to abuse the extra flat early damage and some of its particular runes; the keystones are completely unviable compared to dealing more damage because there isn't enough resistance in the game like this. 5 flat Armor and 6 flat MR for taking Inspiration instead of more damage doesn't going a long way toward making anyone tanky, but removing more than half a longsword/amp tome from everyone taking Inspiration as a secondary certainly helps make the game less of a clown fiesta. And let's be honest: this meta is the literal definition a clown fiesta.

LoL could use some resistances in place of some of its currently excessive, raw and brainless damage. I'm surprised more resistances haven't been added to the game since Banner's recent removal removal which was literally the only cost-effective resistance item in the game. Like, AD items have literally every stat on them except armor save GA which is not a healthy solution to resistance issues. Why not consider adding armor to a new AD item like Stormrazor? What gives, Rito? That would make it much more interesting than the version we have now that just has a clunky 70 AD with 30% AS tacked onto it. Thematically it could make sense, as one can block and parry with a heavy enough sheath, right? Well, there's a sheath in its picture! item 3095

At any rate, I hope Riot considers slowing down the average game time just a hair and saving the botlane meta by making a change like this. The game deserves it. Moreover we all deserve it for putting up with this season!
