Patch8.24b

Hello guys. I was wondering... the patch itself was released about a weak ago, however in the game itself I don't see a change made when it comes to the forbidden idol items. In-game the item itself still gives 5cdr instead of 10 and the upgraded items are with 8/15 heal & shield power instead of 10/20 heal & shield. Are the changes out yet or they are about to be officially released this upcoming week?
