(Provisional) Ranked matches

Alright then, as soon as I hit level 30 I started playing those Provisional Ranked matches for the very first time. I did it all alone, not with someone else. So I ended with 1/9 and was placed on Bronze II. Now I got 2/11 and find it quite hard to compensate for the 2 wins and 11 losses, because of the more skilled opponents, flaming teammates and just me being bad. Everything was new for me during ranked; the invading, importance of cs, warding + ward choice etc. I would really appreciate some advice so I can recover the horrendous matches to (hopefully) a 40% winrate.
