Honor Reset 2018

So halfway through season 7, I got a 14-day ban and have become dishonorable. It is now season 8, 2018 and the honor has reset, but I've been wondering how long it would take to go from checkpoint 1 to 3 to get to level 1. I have played more than 20+ games and my honor has not gone up even though I have been honored in almost all of my games. Has anyone's honor gone up since they have become dishonorable?[zombie-nunu-tears]
