Hey Riot, can Nautilus get some love?

I've played a ton of Nautilus back in the day and he's still number two for me in terms of mastery points (Nothing that'll ever top Morde though) but I haven't found myself playing him at all recently.

He just suffers from an acute case of "Cookie cutter kit" and a lack of niche.

Back when he was strong top he'd just spam E on the wave and bully his enemy laner with insane base damages. He's been problematic because of pulling stuff like that and over the years he was slowly phased out of the role I liked him best, and honestly believe he should be balanced around.

So, what if Nautilus got some changes that'll solidify his niche as this hulking titan of the depths that'll drag you down with him, coming straight for you.

Thematically speaking, being a wandering colossus fits him better than being just another tank who presses one button on the wave and just hopes to outscale with base utility.

But what does Naut need to succeed in the Jungle? Well, one thing would be CLEAR SPEED, with more "oomph" being a close second for me.

The first thing would be easy to achieve by simply turning his W into his main clearing tool again. Simple things like % max hp damage against monsters, reduced damage taken from monster's attacks and the like would be a start.

The second part is tricky, since I'd personally want to see Naut lose some instant CC in favor of more intuitive ways of utility. Be it stacking mechanics for his E that rewards him sticking to his enemies or some more interesting changes to his passive would be cool!

Just ANYTHING really, I wanna take the Ocean man by the hand and lead him back into the Jungle.
