@riot when yorick is reworked, will he still keep his relatively cheap full build?

For those of you who dont know, yorick has a fairly cheap build path;

as core, then as secondary followed by // or depending on how the game is going.

But... these items are all fairly cheap. As a yorick, i will often be full build while my allies only have 4 items. even the hyper fed ADC twitch/vayne. When yorick is reworked, will he retain his effective and cheap build pattern?
