Dodging?

so i have this problem whenever someone dodges a que league doesnt load that someone dodges it just freezes until after the next que pops and i then have to restart the que any way to fix this and how many ques willl i have to miss before they do something like a ban or a leaverbuster or whatever they do when you declineto many ques i would love to get sme answers cause im tired of accidentally declining ques because it wont load
