Give Shen the Sona Treatment (URF)
Give Shen flat cooldowns on all his abilities.
He's just as fun as first URF Sona and harder to kill.
edit: Just his basic abilities. His ult is fine.

Shen really isn't that much of an issue.
Fizz currently is the only mega powerful URF character in the snowdown lot at all stages of the game
Nah. Shens hard to kill has awful cooldowns except his Q.
You obviously never played him.
