Fix your game Riot please!

So the first part of the video from youtube (How much damage a Riven can do against season 8 tank Cho'gath,(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yHzgnAoAFII&t=26s) im giving the link here because the system is rejecting it in link space), explains why this game is in its worst state ever. If you look at the video you will see Adrian Riven (arguably best Riven main in NA alongside Viper) piloting his main against a Cho'gath player. As we can see they are both same level, but is 1/0/2 in KDA and is 0/2/0, so you cant say that is behind in any way. has and which should give decent damage output and provide 30% cdr. So attacks 3 times with her abilities and the result is staying at 100% hp and being chunked for 20% of her health even though didn't even land a f.ing rupture. So if someone, qualified to talk about this reads my post, please tell me how is this fair, that a champion designed for split-pushing and dueling can't do anything of that, not because she's facing a better player, but because she's facing something that is not OK. Balance team doesn't do their job and community suffers. You lock in a fighter top, and you get bullied in lane from level 1 by a tank who will outscale you anyway because that's what he's supposed to do, that's what he always had, but once he had to fight to survive until he can fight. That in not the case in season 8. In season 8 you lock in some broken champ like or or and you win the bloody lane by doing nothing, you don't have to think what the enemy can do because it doesn't matter, he can't hurt you, you can sit AFK and your champion will do the laning phase for you, then you go into teamfights with your CC and tons of damage and win the game. Now as someone who refuses to play meta because i don't enjoy champions that are meta i feel the great disadvantage and cannot deal with it.
