Athenes should have 10% less CDR but 20-30 more AP.

As support, I always feel bad buying it (despite its strong passive) because:

A) Doesn't have as much AP as other AP support items. B) Makes it so I seldom want to buy other support items with CDR... because it had too much of it.

Tweaking its stats in this regard would make it a much more desire-able pickup.

In fact, it would make a good NLR support item. Give it 70 AP, 10% CDR, and up its cost a bit.
