Nunu Karthus And JG Problems

The jungle is a joke right now so we have shit like Nunu and Karthus running circles around each other with this dumb boosting strat? Are you joking ? Either jungle is too weak(now)or too important(our meta a few weeks ago), where is the healthy line so boundaries like this are not crossed? It feels AWFUL. It's all chaos, there's barely any structure.

Just to add: I have stable internet, I rarely very rarely crash in League games, when this was happening, my entire game client crashed. I don't know if this is a bug or not but my support crashed as well.
