Clearing up a few things about Riot being lazy and not updating things fast enough.
Riot seems to do stuff really slowly and has done a lot of things that people have disliked in the past. They also continue to do things now that annoy people, I kinda want to clear some of that up. >why did it take riot so long to nerf tank ekko?
Go back to the good ole cinderhulk meta. Sejuani was nerfed, then her items were nerfed, then she was trash. Imagine this with ekko.
>Why no more events and new SR map skins?
Seasonal events like the harrowing were changed out for lore events like bilgewater, mount targon, shurima, ETC. new SR map skins would be a pain in the ass to balance. Imagine a white and light blue snowdown SR map. Everything is snowy, it's all nice and fun. Now imagine trying to see project ashe's abilities on that map.
>Why so few VGUs?
Getting a rework team to quickly rework a champion is hard. You have to keep their mains happy, keep enough of their old kit alive for it to be the same champion, redo the entire champion's animations, skins, splasharts, and model. That's a pretty big task.
>Why remove dominion and not try to work on it?
I dunno. This annoyed me too.
finally do remember that riot is working on a new client also. Part of their team is working on that. Once it finishes the game should have more changes being put through than there is right now.
