A much needed QoL buff for Nocturne

Like Singed's laugh on flinging, Yi's super speedy dance, Nocturne needs a similar gamechanging QoL buff of a similar level.

Nocturne's ult simply isn't spooky enough. There needs to be dark roiling mists covering the map, with glowing eyes peeking out, where the enemies can't see instead of just a slightly darker visual. Their minimap should also get darkened a little for extra spookiness.
