Can you please force players with 200+ ping to disconnect so we can remake. Just lost a game because our Kassadin Disconnected from the loading screen, then reconnected with 400ms ping and pretty much lost the game for us single-handed. You need to forcibly disconnect these players from Ranked games at the very least so that they can be remade. This guy was only technically connected. He couldn't do anything.
