Can we please add back Oracle's Elixer or at least give red trinkets true vision outside fog of war?

For those of you who don't know what Oracle's Elixer is, it's a consumable that allowed you to have true vision for about 5 minutes or until you died. Though which was which changed depending on what iteration of Oracle's Elixer it was. If it comes back, I would suggest an iteration that goes for 5 minutes at most but the effects disappear if you die.

The current setup for true vision is limited to stationary pink wards and nothing else. And the fact that you can only have one in your inventory and placing it removes any other you placed makes this utterly ridiculous. Stealth champions are completely safe from targetted damage even if you know exactly where they are cause of a sweeper. Red trinkets should give straight out true vision. If that for some unpredictable reason would make it overpowered, I don't care if you lose the red outline when they enter fog of war to rebalance it. It's just utterly stupid that spotting a stealth champion with red trinket doesn't make them completely attackable. Currently the only way to go all in on them is to have a pink ward which is limited in the first place and then stupid if you should be using your last slot for your last item.

But going beyond trinkets, I would prefer Oracle's Elixer itself to come back. You can locate an entire field of Teemo shrooms, Shaco boxes, or Jhin traps with a red trinket, but can only destroy around 3 of them within the time frame allowed. Champions who constantly place stealthed traps used to have something to worry about when Oracle's Elixer was in the game.

However, even if you don't want to bring back Oracle's cause of how useful it can be when you get financially ahead, at the very VERY least, give true vision on red trinkets outside fog of war. Or maybe add some kind of purchaseable upgrade to other kinds of wards that allows you to get true vision for 10 seconds or some reasonable amount of time after placing them before they become regular wards.
