Not asking for a damage buff but could akali get a projectile speed buff on Q?

Since it is often used for last hitting and to reduce the likelyhood of autoing before Q actually lands meaning a second auto attack is required.

I know champs like Leblanc have gotten buffs like this to targeted abilities to make combos more fluid in the past.
