An idea for the champ select lobby

Could we be allowed to make item pages in the lobby? I dont see how it could be disadvantageous balance wise since we can make mastery pages. It would be more of a QoL aspect than anything else. ALso it is frustrating when you are making a page while waiting for a match and get interrupted mid way.
