If your gonna buff Eve, just let her spam Q on minions just like jungle camps

Meddler said something about the nerf hitting her too hard, she honestly still feels strong. Point is she cannot split push for her life! and the CD punishment on missing the initial Q is a bit absurd. It feels so unorthodox to when i am clearing camps SPECIFICALLY first 4 lvls missing a Q to only have that delay between the next cast is far too punishing, id rather have to spend extra mana to continue casting my Q's then to be punished with a delay.

Buying just for the purpose of clearing a huge wave is also a stupid idea. If you allow the 3 individual hate spikes to each cost mana wouldn't that be justifiable for her to spam endlessly? like whats the issue? if she were to go mid or top, she'd spend all the mana very quickly so i dont see anywhere this can be abused honestly. If anything lower the base dmg scaling and then buff the AP ratio a little bit.
