@meddler galio rework before next champ?

I was looking in the red tracker on the boards and saw something meddler said about galio being closer to the rift than a new champion and I'm wondering why they are doing 2 reworks in a row. why is this. and will we get an epic trailer like warwick did for his rework. I would love that
