About 'Honor Beggars'

What do you think about 'Honor Beggars'?Last match i saw one guy who begged for honor.I don't answered him.After champion selection he started to act rude, i mean his behavior was not allright.By the way, he played with Teemo like a true noob (Sorry for my bad English, im from East Europe, i have time to learn)
