Make Respawn Animations Part of Respawning

Respawn animations are cool, with quotes and movements and even particles, but are usually skipped to come back to lane slightly faster. What if, instead of instantly spawning in the fountain after the death timer expires, champions did their respawn animation and then actually respawned?

Technically, the respawning ‘champion’ would be a minion that would not be controllable, targetable, interactive, etc. After the death timer would expire, that minion would instantly be replaced by your champion.
