Things for Zyra before the PBE finishes and releases

From the experience of playing Zyra support, she is the kind of champion that is super squishy in the early game and very afraid of ganks. The only reason for picking Zyra was the burst damage she can do in trade-off of her squishyness, and also her W can work like wards therefore we can build an AP item first then sight-stone. Now after the mid-year rework. Her burst damage (both q, e and plant damage) has got weaken so much and no longer deals enough damage to be worth risking Zyra's life to poke enemy adc. Although the idea was to play around the plants more, but where the plant is going to be is not even in control (and lower health to start with) ! So strategically, still only two plants can be used on burst poking and the rest is up to luck. If the new passive gives her more cc relate to her e, I would call her a better zone control mage, but this re-work is kind of shift her burst damage to an uncertainty. Zyra does snowball a lot indeed if gains advantages in the early game, but the trade off is to survive the early game. With this new update, although her movement speed and health are both enhanced, but she is still very squishy and only has a shot of cc. As a Zyra player, I really hope that her ap ratios to the plant/q/e will to some extent be brought back. (maybe still less than before the rework, but higher than the current one).

And here is the video of one of the best Zyra players talking about the changes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5v6mrA6ycDs

I know how you feel :(. I'm not trying to complain here but I just found the new Q ratio and shape are really bad for poking. It's good to summon plants but other than that its quite bad for zyra mains like us. Hope they raise up some damage on Q and revert its circle shape.
