Why Mark/Dash needs to be changed, or even removed.

Mark/Dash was a really good try. We all experienced the annoying poke comps (Lux, Nidalee, Ziggs, Jayce, etc.) that had a huge advantage. The Mark/Dash attempt at making it so melee champions could more easily engage, however, was not a success by any means.

It completely succeeded with engagements and other things, but it completely unbalanced the game.

Champions like Pantheon that had to get close to you before they could stun engage now don't have to sit anywhere near you. In fact, they can be completely in the fog of war 1500 units back and still be able to engage. Pantheon is balanced around that engage in the regular game. If he wants to engage from more of a distance, he can flash-W to get some more distance, but it still remains at a decently short range.

Champions like Lissandra have very telegraphed engages with her ice claw slide that is very noticeable. Once you see it coming toward you, you run away. It also gives you time to run, which you may not have otherwise. This brings up another point. There is no easy way to tell whose snowball hit you. Yeah, you can see whose it was if they're in vision, but if you can't see them (either in a bush or out of the fog of war), you can't tell. It also doesn't give you a lot of time after you have been hit by the snowball to react.

So basically the change I think needs to be made is a massive range nerf on Mark/Dash. Mark shouldn't be that far of a skillshot. I'm ok if it's say, 1000 distance, but where it is now is just too long. Additionally, I think Dash should be limited to within roughly the same range (maybe a bit more).

All I want is an increased CD, thats it, they can give the damage back, even buff it as compensation. Just please increase the dame CD to reduce the spam. 30 seconds should be plenty.

or even make the dash automatic after after it hits.

I guess this is a great test in "How to get downvoted without people actually reading the content".
