Hey guys, so i recently started playing gp, he is one of the hardest champions for me to play, and i was wondering what starter items if good for gp when im passive in lane, and farm for late game, but i was also wondering what i should do to help me get silver serpents faster. also some tips on landing good barrels. thx for the help!
The start I have the most success with is Doran's Ring and two health pots. Not biscuits, mind you, but Kool-aid. For the barrels, it depends on what you're trying to do. You want to all in? Place a barrel beside you, and wait for the laner to walk up to CS, place another right on top of them, Q the barrel, get the slow, and start whacking em to death. I'll be able to help you more if you add me or something. I pretty much only play the pirate well, so I like to think I know what I'm doing.

Agreed on watching people like fate twisted or checking out some VODs on YouTube. That will at least give you some ideas on matchups and items. GP is a hard nut to crack and takes some finesse but he's very rewarding.
