I've come back after 6 months ... here is what I have noticed has changed

Absolutely nothing. I've played around 10 games and the community is still disgustingly toxic and every game is a stomp one way or the other. The same 20 champs or so are played in every game and for good reason. Certain champs are just soooooo much better than others. Most games are decided within the first 10 minutes (atleast in silver, where I'm at), if not in champ select. I'll probably play a few more games just to try out some of the newer champs but thats about it ... see ya in another 6 months
