Why is no one talking about Anivia?

Anivia has always been crazy strong. Most people just don't find her fun to play so nobody talks about her.

So, while we are on the subject, plz don't talk about freelo bird here plz.

She has probably one of the highest skill floors, so even if she is really strong she's not that hated.

Because she has a massively high skill cap to be fully utilized, she has always been strong but most players don't like/won't put up with her lack of mobility to cope with it.

I don't think enough people are aware how much stronger and easier she has become with the rune and item changes. She's not even hard to play anymore imo.

AA now has 20% CDR

Presence of Mind refund stacks with Tear/AA refund. So when you proc Presence of Mind, you will refund 115% with tear or 125% with AA of all mana spent for 7 seconds. So you can drop her ult and make a net profit of 25% of the mana cost for 7 seconds. Ofc you can stack Manaflow Band on top of that but you should be just using Manaflow Band whenever it comes up for maximum sustain.

Presence of MInd is getting remade because Riot knows it's too strong on its best users like Anivia.
