A point and click healer that is reliant on positioning of a better player is hardly "pro pick". What are you smoking.
With a W max first, if she doesn't bring good poke damage or big heals then let her give free stats. Go down the guardian path for some extra heal/shield procs and the keystone that gives a shield and she can be useful as a funnel
Yes because a champion that doesn't exist in the patch the pros are playing on can be banned from play by the pros.
