RIOT... I hope you have reworks in mind because if you don't, then you have utterly failed...

So, League of Legends is a video game... it doesn't have to be perfectly balanced... but it has to has some balance to make sense though... so, this season RIOT changed EVERYTHING we knew about how we played our favorite champs (Don't get me wrong... that's a good thing... a VERY good thought to be honest)... BUT... they overdid it... they gave all the keystones and masteries WAAAAY too big numbers and now most of the champs we love to play end up doing absurd things even in early game... examples... 2 AAs and a Q from Ezreal with Press the Attack is like 80% of your HP on level 1 (however Erzreal as an ADC now in late game is utter crap... all the other ADCs outscale him by midgame because he doesn't use so much AS... great jungler though because of press the attack keystone)... umm... that's a bit excessive, don't you think? Again, 3 AAs and a Q from Varus at any level on the enemy ADC is a kill... if vayne breaks her W passive while having Press the Attack is disgusting now... you just want to go to a corner and cry your eyes out... Twitch can break press the Attack with 3 AAs from stealth way too easy... which makes him abusive even in lane (which is supposed to be his WEAKNESS???)... not to mention how abusive he is as a jungler... kills become easier than a cake walk... and all that without thinking what he can do in late game (which without Press the Attack and with Lethal Tempo becomes so easy that you can't even lose...)

Also, now the abusive supports like Leona, Thresh, Alistar have become a must... they make the bot lane a cake walk because if one ADC has this kind of supp and the other has an enhancer, the enhancer can't enhance fast enough to save his dear ally... I know people were complaining about Lulu Janna and Soraka being OP... but now RIOT has made them pretty much underpowered in ONE DAY...

Enough with the bot lane though... let's go to other lanes... let's talk about junglers... Hecarim now after his first back takes boots, right? ok... so now with predator, he can activate it, activate ghost and his E at the same time... first blood... guaranteed... even if he comes from behind the turret... that's a bit excessive too, isn't it? I don't play Assassin junglers so I don't know how the harvest keystone works, but people have been saying it's pretty OP... but I won't say anything stupid because I don't play such champs...

Now let's go to mid lane... Assassins for the win... Zed, katarina, Akali, Talon... pick your poison... they have all found the perfect meta to have a PARTY... obnoxious power bursts with all the Domination Keystones... on Top lane domination has given all the obnoxious top laners even more to bully their enemies with... I don't even want to try to play top lane anymore... I will get flamed and I know it... Predator on Jax is a sure kill when the gank comes... on the other hand Electrocute is a great way to burst your squishy opponent... Fiora with any of the Domination keystones becomes a monster before even level 6... I'm not saying that one or two champs are OP... about half the champs have become obnoxiously OP in one way or another... Nasus now gets so many speed bursts that you can't even kite him anymore... in late game it's like you're playing against a Raid Boss in WoW... one hit KO and killing one after another all your team with slow and Q

Let's go to sorcery... the keystones aren't that impressive in comparison to the others (although the comet can be abused because the CD is very low and it gets lower with each skill used), let's be honest about it... BUT... GATHERING STORM... look at the numbers... it goes to TRIPLE DIGITS... all you have to do is play defense all game and try to prolong the game... don't do a single teamfight until 30 mins... stay under turrets and farm... by 30 mins you will have more dmg than your opponent just by playing like a wuss and farming (if you're a good farmer under turret, you're golden...) tell 5 people to all have sorcery secondary and all pick gathering storm... they all get a Triple digit boost in their AD or AP in 50 mins... I know, it's not always a good strategy... but why not have it just in case the game goes long? I agree that it's ok because the other mastery trees have absurd numbers too... but with that logic you don't create a game... you create chaos and mayhem... all games become bloodbaths...

Now our dear tanks... one word... Aftershock... aftershock is freakin BEAUTIFUL... just pick a CC tank and make your opponent go out of his damn mind... abusing him all the time with the Armor-MR boost and then the blow from Aftershock... Grasp of the undying is a bit better than what it was but not that impressive... the third one I don't even remember it... haven't seen anyone take it yet though...

And now the Supps... I think they are the ones that should be crying the most (not the tank supps... they are SUPER... they got aftershock... lol)... I mean, they got some good utility masteries (the free 1-time zhonyas doesn't hurt to have against assassins) but I don't see anything super impressive in their mastery tree... ok... they can make a little debt and buy something (big deal... sometimes it can save lives... but most of the time the difference you need isn't less than 200-250 gold that you can make debt)... Kleptomancy sounds good on paper but when I tried it I'm not sure how good it was really... anyway... I think supps got some utility but when you compare it to the insane bursts of dmg the others got, it's not much really...

PS... before you start crying out at me about how I am a noob and I shouldn't have an opinion and just L2P... think about WHAT I AM WRITING... What I say is that with the new runes, the champs that need nerfs are dozens now... also the champs that aren't super OP are not even viable anymore... also, the games now become just a constant chase for kills by everyone just because killing has become so easy... it's nothing... you burst down the enemy without even trying... I mean you may feel like a boss but in reality you didn't do much... just hit a couple of skills... it's not rocket science to hit 2 skills... it should be harder than that...

Relax, bro. Preseason is always going to be unbalanced, simply because they don't have the numbers to properly balance big sweeping changes until they hit the live servers. Preseason is, in a way, testing grounds for these changes. I expect that the runes will be a lot more balanced once the regular season comes along. It might suck for a while, but with such a large game, you need large numbers to even have a hope of correctly balancing it.

Edit: Your opinion is definitely valid, and many (if not most) of the points you bring up are true. I only think you misunderstand the purpose of preseason.

There'll be plenty of changes down the line, it's part and parcel of every Preseason. If you're uncomfortable or unsure about it in any way just take a break for a bit and wait for things to settle down. That's what I tend to do in Preseason.
