Fix this disconnect crap/ "reconnecting to game" when internet connection is fine

I'm pretty annoyed about this crap, just lost LP over it, my internet was 100% fine yet i still DC'd which should not be happening, then when i close out and try to restart the cilent to get back in i get the lovely message that "Im offline"

so i go and read the support post, change the file, and oh yay im 4 levels down because that was 5 minutes out of lane.

Fix your bloody game, my internet is reliable your crap should be reliable especially in ranked, disable ranked Q's if garbage like this is happening, seriously. gives people free wins and unavoidable undeserved losses and is tilting as hell.
