Ezreal with iceborn is broken.

I'm not saying like "He's OP PLZ nerf," but earlier today, as in like 20 (thanks mods for taking down my post) minutes ago, I was playing Ezreal in ARAM, and once I got Ice Born Gauntlet, either something really broken, or a glitch happened. Every time I procced Ice born Gauntlet with Q, all of my cool downs on all of my abilities went down for how many targets were hit by the initial ice born AOE. For example, Ezreals Q makes it so if you land it, all of your cool downs will go down by one second. But lets say you hit 5 minions with one Q with Ice Born proc, all of your cool downs will go down by five seconds. Not sure if this is intended, but either way it needs to be looked at.

Please note, I don't play Ezreal a lot, so I have no idea if this works on Summoners Rift.

Also, I submitted this post in report a bug, but apparently it's intended because the mods took it down.
