Galio and Vladimir shouldnt be able to flash while channeling E

Look I dont have to talk to much about why this combos should be removed

Vladimir literaly charge > one shots via flash (E>Flash>E>R(hits beforeE)>Q) Galio has guaranteed 1000k Radius Taunterino..

I am ussualy not a fan of removing mechanics but this 2 should GO

Both are way more toxic compared to Thresh Q>flash for example which did get removed Both are way more toxic compared to renekton E>Flash (this might have been accidently removed tho)

Now galio might require some compensation after... I wont suggest anything since others can probably suggest more interesting buffs

Also both Alistar and Vayne can get their knockback > aa mechanic back (so I dont have to make multiple threads)

Trinity is nowhere near attractive for alistar, shiv never was now especially

Vayne literaly has to** waste HALF OF HER FKING MANA BAR ON A SINGLE CONDEMN,** SHE FEELS CLUNKY EVER SINCE THAT SHIT..SPECIALLY BECAUSE YOU CAN STILL START AN AUTO COMMAND AND GET STUCK IN A CLUNKY VACUUM/ATLERNATE UNIVERSE.... IT WASNT A PROBLEMATIC COMBO she deserves it back specially now that she is the least viable ADC (she would stay that even after this change)
