The main problem with ADC is their safety and bulk,
And to a minor degree the option to patch up many other innate weakspots
Just think about it
The main issue Before you get to them you have to work your way through a shitload of cc So you likely never get to them anyway
And when you do they get 2k shields and redemption heals on top of more shields making it pretty impossible to kill them before you get cc'd again
Not only that but they have the option to cleanse cc themselves and their support can do it too with the right item And the only class who has champions that can land 3 cc's is tanks who don't have near enough damage to tickle a caster minion let alone kill that adc hell they lack the mobility to get near anyway. But there is more, what about second life, or delayed damage or % reductions to become even more bulky which directly amplifies the effectiveness of the before mentioned shielding etc. They get really hard to kill really quickly
And even if you do manage to get them low enough through all of that They will heal like 500 per second
Hell i have seen a jhin heal 1500 with wardlords in 1 attack and then run off with over 700 movespeed
These ADC are putting mundo to shame with their bulk and healing
And if that is not enough they can,
oh look + 10% movement, Just out walk you
TLDR By no stretch of the imagination are they even remotely squishy anymore, which is supposed to be their biggest weakness If you cannot burst them then you are screwed because they heal like they just activated 5 mundo ults Yet you cannot burst them because they have all kinds of available protection in their items as well as protection from their team And that is if you can even get anywhere near them in the first place, sitting safely behind their team pelting away from range and then simply outwalking most melee champions anyway.
**But there is more ** They can outburst champions who are supposed to be strong at that Outwaveclear the most potent of waveclear mages etc etc All at no cost because basic attack Pretty much can fix any weak spots through items at very little costs, but whatever
Solutions & suggestions I really have no issue with their adaptability I have no problems with having their team give them powerful protection through shields and such But then why do they also have soooo much defensive power innately, Like the absurdity of their lifesteal alone is ridiculous.
We could at least tone that down by making it not scale/synergize with crit But rather only with the AD part of the attack and not the bonus crit damage Same treatment for stuff like warlords bloodlust
It is not ok to heal back to full hp from 10% just because you landed 2 basic attacks and got some support heal, all in 1 second All the while being heavily protected from being bursted down or having people get remotely close to you
You see if an ally has to shield you in time to protect you or stop an enemy with cc that is a form of skill expression on their part to mitigate the tactics of an enemy It also requires good positioning so that allies can actually protect you And if that fails and the enemy gets you low, you shouldn't be back to full health in an instant so you can try again and again
And please make the movement bonus on zeal items unique so it doesn't stack it's rather dumb it would like for once not to be out walked, not that they ahve to since they can face tank you but still!!
Sincerely someone who is tired of adc running braindead into the enemy team like mobile ranged juggernauts with 5 mundo ults
