Teleportation Stone for season 9

Teleportation stone are stones scatter around summoner rift that player can use to teleport to other teleportation stone. To gain access to the stone players must have the buff called "Sigil of Passage" you get this by killing a new monster called a "Arcane Golem". The Arcane Golem will spawn in a camp behind the middle bush of top/bot lane. Arcane Golem is stronger than red buff in damage/ health also have a unique special attack that stun in a cone. Sigil of passage buff last for 7 min. Teleportation stones have a 3min cooldown.
