Please notice this, Riot!

Dear Riot, I play League of Legends. My account has not reached level 30 yet. My masteries are not completed and i don't rune. My gameplays are really bad lately. Mostly i and other players were placed in combat vs really tough opponents. I did checked some opponents' profiles after finished a few matches. I found out those opponents are in Gold Division or higher, or unrank players with mad skills. They have special runes and masteries for every role they play. The result is that i (Wood Division) had to play with those players. They destroyed my Nexus in less then 20 minutes because they are so GOOD. Indeed you set me in a team with players who have equal skills (it's fair) but you also set those tough players to beat the heck out of us. If we looked like a pack of kids, then they looked like the Justice League. Why has the system been doing this to us for weeks and Riot had done nothing to change it?
Please, i am not telling that you are terrible but keep losing is not fun at all and it repeats over and over again. I am upset for not being able to help my team . I feel really bad because those winning players kept telling us to suck their D and screw our mom.
