I think its BS that when i have to bounce from a champ selection because two people decide to lock in for top or any other position, I am the one who takes the 5 minute penalty!!!!!!!! I should not have to be stuck in a game with people that do that. It is not my fault that happened and I have to "stand in the corner"? ( I was mid BTW) I refuse to be stuck playing team builder because of this. Riot you should really deal with this issue!

Example:

First leave - No Penalty Second leave - 2 minute Penalty 3rd leave - 5 minute penalty 4th leave - 10 minute penalty

RESETS EVERY 24 HOURS

I'm inclined to agree.

Lots of trolls in ranked who squabble over a role. Team Builder for ranked please.

They should keep first at 5 min and double all currently existing penalties. You must be relitivly new and never played before the current penalties. If you actually played s1 or before you would remember the fun times of needing to wait through 5-10 dodges to get in a game.
