I felt like I was playing on equal footing

I just tested the new adc items. My early game felt a bit weaker with the cull, but my item choices were so much better I felt like I could actually play the game and carry it. I went yomus, rapid fire, tier 2 boots, then deaths dance bc burst mage and graves were fed (not by me).
