"Reconnecting to Server"

I feel as if League struggles to reconnect to their own servers. When my net drops for like 1 second. Reconnecting takes a good 10-20 seconds. Sometimes longer. 1-2 minutes. It's stupid since I'm able to watch Youtube still even search google aswell... I don't know. Might just be me..[slayer-jinx-unamused]
