Is ARUrf better than regular URF?

So I don't know if this belongs in Memes & Games, but I thought because it had Games in it, that this board belongs in this section, so from the title you can see I'm writing about ARUrf (All Random Ultra Rapid Fire) compared to regular URF (Ultra Rapid Fire), I like how riot has done ARUF, because now if your playing this game mode you don't get placed again Overpowered Champions like Nidalee, Urgot, Cho Gath, Ryze, etc. You know how your going to play a good game of URF, and then on the enemy team, theres Hecarim, Nidalee, and urgot all together. See how that goes. DEFEAT. But if you have a full team Hecarim, Nidalee, Urgot, Ryze, etc. then you might get a. VICTORY. but probably still a. DEFEAT. Post in the comments to see if you agree!
